Tell me about your product, roadmap, and ambitions.
Whether you are exploring a potential collaboration or have a specific brief in hand, I would love to learn more. The more context you can share, the better I can respond with thoughtful next steps.
Frequently asked questions.
A few details that often come up in early conversations.
What types of projects are the best fit?
I am a strong fit for teams who need strategic product design help on web or cross-platform applications: analytics, SaaS dashboards, collaboration tools, and creative or productivity software. I am less suited to highly marketing-driven one-off campaigns or purely visual branding without a product component.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. Many of my favorite collaborations have been with seed and Series A teams who need to define or refine their core product experience ahead of key milestones such as fundraising, public launch, or major feature releases.
Where are you based and which time zones do you support?
I am based in Brooklyn, New York, and primarily work with teams across US and European time zones. I am comfortable collaborating asynchronously and can accommodate overlapping hours with West Coast teams.
How far in advance should we reach out?
Reaching out four to six weeks before your desired start date is ideal. That said, I keep a small amount of flexibility for time-sensitive projects, so it is always worth getting in touch.
Do you only take on full redesigns?
Not at all. Some of the highest-impact work I have done focused on specific flows such as onboarding, billing, account switching, and complex configuration areas, as well as building or evolving design systems.
Can you collaborate with our in-house design team?
Yes. I frequently partner with in-house designers as a focused contributor on specific tracks, a systems specialist, or a short-term design lead where extra capacity or a fresh perspective is helpful.
What does your typical process look like?
Most engagements follow a structured arc: discovery and alignment, exploration and structure, visual design and interaction, then handoff and iteration. The exact cadence depends on your team’s rituals and the scope of work.
How do you handle communication and feedback?
I like to establish a predictable rhythm early—for example, weekly or twice-weekly check-ins, async Loom walkthroughs, and shared documentation that captures decisions. Clear communication keeps the work moving smoothly.
Do you provide development or implementation?
I focus on design, documentation, and collaboration with your engineering team or existing implementation partners. I do not write production code, but I work closely with engineers to ensure smooth translation into your stack.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Many projects involve sensitive product strategy or unannounced features. I am happy to review and sign reasonable NDAs before we discuss details.
